The Visionael® Integration Bus Manager simplifies data exchange between various software applications, automating and optimizing workflows between systems and significantly improving the network solution's added value and service delivery.

Fast, Easy and Scaleable Integrations
Visionael's software enriches fault management, service assurance, and trouble-ticketing systems with detailed and accurate infrastructure documentation. Armed with this level of understanding, network and support organizations can reduce repair-time and costs.

The Integration Bus Manager also simplifies integrations with advanced service management and support applications like IBM Micromuse® and BMC Remedy®. Data exchange with and workflow automation between financial and customer relationship management and billing applications is also supported.

This intelligent gateway manager is comprised of applications deployed on a JBOSS Application Service, which is a J2EE 1.4 Certified Server. The gateway is delivered with both a common set of services that can be easily extended, and the ability to create new packages of specific services.
